Terms & conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

Our Contract

You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you click the Submit Order button.

After you submit an order we will give you an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered. We will send the same details to you in an e-mail (our first e-mail). . Please note that this e-mail is an acknowledgement, not acceptance of your order. We will then send a second email when we despatch your order

Subject to the check box in the shopping basket headed “terms and conditions” underneath the “Prices and payment” section , acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract between us will only occur when you complete the sale with the check box ticked. Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case our third e-mail will tell you so.

Prices and Payment

All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds. They include VAT. Delivery charges are added in the basket .

IMPORTANT: We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we may cancel your order at any time up to the point we send the product(s) to you. We will contact you where we become aware of an error and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we do cancel your order you will receive a full refund of any charges paid in advance.

Payment is deducted when we despatch your order.

Returns Policy

Change of Mind Cancellations

You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 working days following the day you receive the goods by e-mailing us at sales@mrlcd.co.uk

We will arrange to collect the goods from you (chargeable) or you can return to us.

Your product must be complete and in 'as new' condition e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. It must not have been used or installed. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you received with it. If you follow the steps above you will receive a full refund of the product price and any delivery charge paid. However, you must pay £15 for the goods to be collected from you.

Faulty Goods

If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery (or other defect with your order), we will normally offer a prompt repair, exchange or refund. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault. If a fault occurs within 28 days we will collect and replace. After 28 days small sets will need to be returned to us. Refurbished items are sold with a 3 month warranty.

Dead / Stuck pixel Policy

Our policy reflects the manufacturers own policy on LCD panels. There are typically millions of subpixels on an LCD display. For example, the LCD panel is made up of 2 million pixels and 6 million red, green, and blue subpixels. Occasionally, a transistor does not work perfectly, which may result in the affected subpixel being turned on (bright) or turned off (dark). With the millions of subpixels on a display, it is quite possible to have a low number of faulty transistors on an LCD. Therefore, a certain number of subpixel anomalies is considered acceptable. Rejecting all but perfect LCD panels would significantly increase the retail price for products using LCD displays. These factors apply to all manufacturers using LCD technology--not just ours.

We will therefore be unable to refund / repair any screens with 3 or less dead / stuck pixels, unless they are adjacent to each other. We can provide more details on request. This does not affect the 7 days exchange under the DSR legal requirement. The DSR requirement does not apply to goods bought with an auction style.
